The first two. I don't think we'll have a smashing success of one
without the other. We won't succeed in changing ourselves socially
because our genetic deficiencies are too great of an obstacle.
Likewise, we won't be able to get to the root of a lot of mankind's
genetic deficiencies if we don't get enough of our population on
board with the idea of changing our genes.
