Of course human females aren't monogamous. The degree of female monogamy
is easy to determine for any species; just measure the ratio of male
testicular size to body weight. Humans fall somewhere between gorillas
and bonobo chimpanzees, meaning that human females should be neither
monogamous nor indiscriminately polygamous, an observation borne out by
experience.
