Lots more if you're floating in saline. I once thought that
a lung full of oxygenated fluorocarbon would allow even more,
but it's twice the density of water (ouch), and it's supposedly
immunosuppressive. Orientation and how sudden the onset is
also makes a difference, especially to the brain.

We humans just don't take gees very well. But I doubt you can sustain
even 1 g for long periods of time with a carbon truss cloth sail
and a few petawatts microwave source behind you.

Still, this makes trips inside the inner solar system a breeze,
and makes interstellar travel a real possibility. Especially
if you send a von-Neumann scout ahead, as the braking maneuver
with the secondary sacrificial sail looks more than a bit
inefficient.
