Overall, plug n' play organs have been vastly oversold. You need a
standardized immune system to make them work, and that standard
(Macrophagesoft 2000) has been demonstrated to be highly vulnerable to
viruses.
Personally I prefer opensource organs, although you have to recompile
them to fit your genetic kernel.
