Maybe it's not supposed to be, and/or isn't for people from a known IP
range, but I'm getting a username/password request when I click the IT
Futures topic itself on the front page.

Can anyone else try this and see if they get the same error? It's
most likely just a bug in their security settings... (Hopefully, it's
not a browser issue, but just in case, I'm using Netscape 4.7 on
Windows.)
