Microsoft offers free software to view on PCs *with MS-WINDOWS*.

I have not seen anything worthwhile for Linuces from Microsoft.

There exists a product which simulates the PC hardware in software
so one can install the MS-WINDOWS cruft on the virtual hardware.
And then when the MS-WINDOWS crashes or fails in some funny way
one can simply recycle the installation, maybe even automagically.
