Hi GM,
As a naturally slim person, with a slow metabolism, I'd add to your excellent
comments that disease hasn't yet provided an accurate profile of its intended
targets. Nonetheless, since being overweight has its medical disadvantages, CR
is generally good advice for most first worlders, because most of 'em are
overweight.
