That sounds good, steams and salads are good. Low on the glycemic

Yeah, that's the thing. I have to switch, although I don't have a huge
variation,
considering there arn't that many low cal alternative's out there. It can
get
repetative, and sometimes bland. I use lemon pepper, instead of butter.
It has no calories, and I love the taste.
