May I suggest that this Decoy Streaming use 40-bit or 56-bit encryption
instead of 128-bit encryption? I don't know whether there's any theoretical
way to tell the difference, but since nobody can (yet) break 128-bit
encryption, using 40-bit or 56-bit encryption increases the probability that
they'll actually spend computational resources on trying to break the key.
