This issue has not escaped McLeod, of course, and forms the basis of
several pacy scenes.
On the other hand, we typically welcome our children as our successors. It
might be argued that we're programmed to do so (despite generation-gap
ferocities to the contrary). The trick is determining whether mind children
count as children.
