Harvey, wars are caused by governments, so anyone who died as a result, died as
a result of government.
As I stated earlier, show me one case where a free corporation, not acting in a
police capacity as delegated by a government, has ever committed any atrocity
that approaches the atrocities commited by government (and socialist government
in particular).
