Cal Poly San Luis Obispo already has annual human powered
submarine races. Dont have the URL, but two former competitors
are friends of me, Elizabeth Anthony and her twin sister Alyson
Laferrier, both currently engineers at Lockheed Martin. If you
want to ask them about the particulars, e me offlist and I will
