What if I said they can surpass humans now in all categories, except for
other, as long as we put enough money into the hardware and software?

That's a good point and I think it takes us into "metaphysics". Do humans
have some kind of "psychic" ability beyond any physical structures and
functioning which would always put them on a higher level?
