Dr Morton Schulman has just passed away aged 75, of complications from
Parkinson's disease. He introduced North America to Deprenyl. He was also
a crusading ex-coroner, said to be the model for the TV series Wojeck,
ex-member of the Ontario legislature, ex-talkshow host, and now
 unfortunately also ex-alive.
On a personal note I once mailed him some medical reports detailing the
clinical benefits of magnetic brain stimulation in some Parkinson's
disease patients. Ever direct and to the point he mailed these back to
me, with a one word appended note: "nonsense".
The life-extension movement has lost one of its own.
