Just one example.
In Italy we can be dispossessed (for public utilities, in the public
interest) and the legal indemnity is exactly the 50 percent of the real
value (but it is the 30 percent of the real value if we refuse that
indemnity!) minus, of course, 20 percent for taxation (income).
So the net indemnity can be the 25 percent of the real value!
