My neighbors, evidently. There is an article in today's local paper
about a 3 br 2 ba house in Palo Alto that is renting for 12
thooooooousand dollars a month.

Roger that. Of course, there are more opportunities now to
generate new money than ever before, and the new money
is bigger than the old money. Has this ever happened before
in history? When else in history has the little guy with brains
really had such an advantage over the inbred old money families?
