Actually, both Gore and Bush are of the type, though Bush did have his
period of hanging out with the proles during his wildcatting days in
west Texas, which is where he gets much of his 'aw shucks' persona
(outside of that from his mother). Gore's famous rigidity is classic
Southern blueblood gentleman.
