A satellite is going to detect 10 pounds of Plutonium buried in the back of a truck
under 3 tons of horse manure? I don't think so.

If a neutrino can pass through 10 light years of lead with only a 50% probability
of being absorbed it's not going to show up by being stopped by a few pounds of
Plutonium.
