Its going to take a lot of compression to squeeze Blue Gene (@ 2000 sq ft
of floor space) into one of Spikes missles... The crossover for human
brain processing power in a human brain sized box is after 2020, perhaps
after 2030, unless molecular computing develops very very rapidly.

In the past one of the the drivers for small, fast, integrated computers
*has* been the DOD. Currently I think it is the cell phone manufacturers.
DOD can see that and can just surf the wave.
