Actually, it was due to his name being pirated in a domain name for a parody
site. I personally find the idea that anyone can expropriate your name, set up a
website as if they are you, and make all sorts of statements intended to do you
harm to be the epitome of slander and libel (which are not, BTW, protected by
free speech). Some moron in New Jersey is pulling a similar scheme in an attempt
to extort money from both Dem and GOP candidates up here in NH and Vermont.
