To think that somebody born in Europe in 1875 could stick it out for 122
years is *very* encouraging. Bet she never even heard of the LEF and
probably did nothing so drastic as CR. My bet is she just lived her life
working hard and eating and drinking in moderation.

That sounds like the plan for me. Not so sure about "working hard" though.
How "hard" can you work sitting on your hiney all day. Perhaps I can
substitute "playing hard?"
