Features like this are creeping into Mozilla.
You may also want to look at the 'Junkbuster' program (Windows/Linux)
which acts as a proxy server and provides a number of filtering
capabilities (its most popular being its ability to remove ad banners
completely).
I don't have the URL handy, but a search on freshmeat.net should find
it immediately.
