Cosmology is getting confusing

In an article frome EurekAlert entitled

Deuterium raining into Milky Way

and found at

http://www.eurekalert.org/releases/wc-dri070300.html

we find the following:

... the deuterium
detected in the Milky Way was created in the first few minutes after
the Big Bang. ....

The abundance of deuterium found, together with analysis based on earlier
work by
Nobel Prize winning physicist William A. Fowler and colleagues,
indicates that only
4% of the mass of the Universe is in the form of ordinary matter,...

Another third of the mass is thought to be "dark matter" in
some unknown form. The rest of the Universe is thought to be filled
with some type of
energy that leads, on a large scale, to an antigravity. ...

(end quote)

Let's see, ...that's 4% regular, 33% unknown dark(invisible!!??), and 63%
"some type" of ***LARGE SCALE ANTI-GRAVITY PRODUCING!!!!*** energy.

My head is spinning. Ninety-six percent of the universe is unknown,
mysterious,
physical-law-contradicting-perhaps-we-should-say-reconstituting--(the
anti-gravity business)--stuff!!!!???

Help me Amara, I've fallen and I can't get up!!

(I think that just maybe we can put Fermi's Paradox on hold till we clear
this little matter up, cause 96% of the universe is a pretty ample
playground for the unseen "missing members" of the cosmic community.)

96/4 more questions than answers.
