But there is no upper limit to IQ ... We are already in that arms race and
there is no end to it (which pleases me greatly).

It is interesting that we are not upset that we only have IQs of 145, when
1450 is just around the corner. But then my beloved dog Baxter was not upset
that he only had an IQ of 75.
