Ooh....inspires me toward lenticularity and iridescence. Nature
does all kinds of fascinating stuff with appearances, and we can
depart from that in interesting ways, esp. when digitally mediated.
But raw bio should be able to do iridescent skin tones, with
shaded and animated backlighting, even.
Hmm, the dictionary isn't supporting me on lenticular. I mean the
effect that the old printed two-frame animations with the thin sheet
of plastic window-blinds achieved. Sometimes I used to see
semi-holographic images with several underlying frames depending
upon the viewing angle. What IS the correct term for that?
