I wonder-- since his book isn't out yet and his website is very short
on details-- how his program differs from "Dr. Citron's Evolutionary
Diet and Cookbook" ("...if you eat the way our hunter-gatherer
Cro-Magnon ancestors ate, you'll avoid health problems because you'll
be eating the foods our bodies evolved to consume.")

Also, there's "Neanderthin : Eat Like a Caveman to Achieve a Lean,
Strong, Healthy Body" ("he developed an interest in Paleolithic
nutrition (the science of what our Stone Age ancestors ate before the
development of agrarian societies)."

I remember seeing a piece on some guy following a "cave man diet" on
60 minutes last year. I wonder if it was one of these folks? I must
say I do like the theory; going with a diet that we followed as our
species evolved into its present form makes a lot of sense to me. But
then again, I would be just as happy eating a completely synthetic
nutrient brick five times a day if it'd give me another couple of
decades of life (and this from someone who fancies himself a chef!).
