the question you want to ask is "How will cozy small-town Atlanta change
Eliezer?"

Actually, Atlanta is pretty much like Chicago. You could teleport from
a Chicago highway to an Atlanta highway and not notice the difference,
at least until your hubcaps melted. The primary difference is that
Atlanta is a growing city, and Chicago isn't. It shows.
