No, I was just pointing out the flip side of "no territorial claims"-
extraterrestrial resources are essentially without owners, and nothing
in the outer space treaty directly prohibits mining and fabrication. Of
course, the moment anyone starts to do so, the predictable socialist
"heritage of all mankind" argument would be brought forth amidst much
hue and cry.
