I would suggest creating a separate sound file for each slide. Link
the sound file to a [Play Sound] button on each slide's html page.

Some people would also suggest using Microsoft tags to automatically
play sound when you view the page, but I find that pushy.

Other people would rather use quick-time movies or real-media player
movies for this, but then it could not be viewed by everyone. Most
browsers can do text, graphics and sounds.
