Frankly I'm glad of it. Do you realize what a pain in the butt it is to
have to do an archaological dig on every square foot of real estate you
want to develop? They have to do that everywhere in Isreal, Italy, and
Egypt because there is always something underfoot. Imagine if every lot
had native americans buried there....
