An understatement, if anything, Zero. If we create a transparent society,
we would likely need to make a lotta things legal that are now illegal.
For instance, some things that are now illegal would have no need to be,
such as public intoxication. Go ahead and be drunk or stoned in
public! Just dont destroy property, injure people, etc. The reason
public intoxication is now illegal is that it is so difficult to catch
those who get drunk and destroy property with no observers. spike
