No question. No society is perfect. But then, come to think of it, there
are probably not all that many perfect individuals running around either.
The good thing about a bad government is that as colossally difficult as it
may be to change, it's still a lot easier to change than a bad individual.

I would agree that it would be the right thing to do to try to evade the
strictures of a malevolent government (tyrannical or otherwise), but since I
do not have that opinion of my government, I am content to cooperate with
it.
