No, I don't expect any European court to attempt to arrest Gates. And even
if they did, I don't see the US granting extradition of its richest (and
arguably most powerful) citizen to some Euros to man-handle how they please.
  My only point in this thread was that MS would not be able to cure its
anti-trust problems in the US by picking up stakes and moving to another
country.
