John, my comment was prompted by having spent a career in manufacturing;
Industrial Engineering and Management Consulting. I am convinced from
personal observation that an important factor in manufacturing moving
overseas was simply that the top manufacturing managers got tired of putting
up with all the outside interests in their businesses. Naturally that led me
make the comment above.
