That would be Dan faster-better-cheaper Goldin, who insists that there
is nothing wrong with the FBC theory, just the implementation. He might
be right, but I have another spin on it: good times in the computer industry
may be brain-draining aerospace. Goldin has been a mixed blessing to
NASA: whatever one thinks of him, he does have *vision*. spike
