What about a non-reactionless drive like the RAM -Augmented Intersteller
Bussard Ramject? It gets a boost from antimatter to get it zipping along,
then vacuum cleans the cosmos utilizing dispersed interstellar hydrogen and
occasional dust to get it near relativistic speed.
