What's shocking is that Joy would even mention Kaczynski. What's shocking is
that he thought an association with Kaczynski would increase the popularity of
his opinions with the general public.

He doesn't, but if I found out that I agreed with Hitler about something I
wouldn't consider that a point in my favor, and I certainly wouldn't mention
it in an article I wrote for Wired magazine. Why? Because I don't like Hitler.
