Not true. The IRS is fully aware that Mr. Monteleone pays no taxes, and
that they have no legal basis to make him pay taxes. The IRS doesn't
want the masses to know that such people exist, so they don't even talk
about them or comment about them. They say "discussing tax information
about a private citizen is illegal."
