Well, things move slowly when there's probably 1.5 grad students working
on it. At any rate, I was so moved by your request that I've thrown
together a MEMS resource page....
See: http://www.aeiveos.com/MEMS/index.html
Its the usual laundry list, but I added some explicit pointers for
the MIT Gas Turbines. Pointers from the MIT pages to the Micro-rocket
pages are also give pause for thought. The coolest thing I ran across
in the effort was the effort at Northeastern for 3D microelectronics.
To keep it from getting too big I focused mainly on U.S. and U.K. links.
If anyone thinks I've missed anything major, send me a link.
Enjoy,
R.
