Try looking in 1998 issues of Aviation Week & Space Technology. An
issue featuring UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) discussed MEMS jet
engines in the context of extremely small aircraft. The magazine's
website lies at http://www.aviationnow.com, but I expect a little
library time would better serve you.
