I just checked on amazon-I wouldn't let science fiction scare me. I have been
reading science fiction for many years and its never the science fiction
things that are most disturbing to ones life--its the normal stuff--the
"Human Condition" stuff that everyone likes to ignore because we can do zip
about it. I'm sure its a great read-I like Greg Egan myself.
