Anyone able to cook a decent meal is capable of far more creativity
than evidenced by 90% of the patents issued today. The most creative
aspect of patents today, especially software patents, is being able
to come up with descriptive language that makes the idea sound less
blindingly obvious than it is while keeping a straight face.
