How about the Great Internet Tax Revolt?
Start a site. When you get one million names registered, everyone on
the list computes their taxes, but then sends in only a check, without
the actual return. It would be a protest against overregulation. Next
year, if you can get ten million names registered, everyone could
compute what percentage of their income they sent in last year, and send
it in again that year. Year after that, if you can get a hundred
million names registered, everyone just sends in 15% of income.
