Aarrgghh!!! I have never read the word "meme" as "Me-Me"....

until now.

Now, I can't get it out of my mind. Reading the Extropians list, every time
I run into the word it looks like "Me-Me". It is very irritating. I think
I have been infected with a "Me-Me" meme. This appears to be an anti-"meme"
meme. It causes me to have a derogatory reaction to the word "meme". It is
most effective. It may have destroyed my respect for the word.

Am I alone, or have I unwittingly spread this anti-meme to other brains? Is
this an epidemic of a destructive meme? Do we need Norton Anti-Meme to
screen our e-mail to block out harmful memes that could infect our brains?
