Main Entry: po·lit·i·cize
Function: transitive verb
Inflected Form(s): -cized; -ciz·ing
Date: 1846
: to give a political tone or character to <an attempt to politicize the civil
service>

politicize

 po•lit•i•cize, -cized, -ciz•ing.

  v.t.

  1. to give a political character or bias to: to politicize a religious debate.

I have archived all the correspondence from the previous threads; it was
precisely my experience with them that motivated the current post. It is
my personal opinion that discussions of, e.g. Libertarianism, Gun Control
Legislation and an Extropian Political Platforms have nothing whatever to
do with either Transhumanism or Extropianism.

As far as the logic or details of my argument against politicizing a philoso-
phical movement such as Transhumanism, or a Sociobioengineering Movement
such as Extropianism, I believe they are intelligible and cogent as stated,
and that their repetition, therefore, would be superfluous.
