Important Pages Promoting Millennial Accuracy:
The United States Naval Observatory (time keepers)
http://psyche.usno.navy.mil/millennium/whenIs.html
http://aa.usno.navy.mil/AA/faq/docs/millennium.html
"The end of the second millennium and the beginning
of the third will be reached on January 1, 2001."
Royal Observatory in Greenwich (the Time Lords):
http://www.rog.nmm.ac.uk/leaflets/new_mill.html
"...the 3rd Millennium and the 21st Century will
begin at the same moment, namely zero hours UTC
(commonly known as GMT) on January 1st 2001."

About the predicted catastrophic Y2K computer
crash, Harry Browne, the 1996 Libertarian Party
presidential candidate, predicted it accurately on
Jan. 11, 1999: "...life will go on largely undisturbed."

Boarderlands.com was also accurate:

I was accurate too (Nov. 25, 1999): "My instinct is that
the biggest news come Y2K will be that everything's okay."
http://deja.com/[ST_rn=ps]/getdoc.xp?AN=552839199&fmt=text
But, to be accurate, I did err in that post by considering
Mike Zieper's Y2K-riot video possibly true after the FBI
shut down his webpage by threatening him and his server.
As it turned out, the suppressed video was in fact a hoax.

(Zieper has since made it clear that his claims are false)
Let's hope this last year of the millennium will be a year
of truth & accuracy in media and information--keep dreaming!
