1) Copy this dir local, Zulu may not run from a network drive

2) unzip Zulu/zuluBuild.zip so Zulu/Build dir exists

3) Run Start_Zulu (hit play when resolution dialog comes up)

4) Run Start_Ecto

   -resynch button in system widget synchs vis to system
   -tether button tethers to selected thing in vis after you click in vis


if Ecto returns a system error, you might need to install the Visual Studio 2005 Redistributables (run Ecto/vcredist_x86.exe, need to run as admin or 'run elevated').

This version is built for Windows only (can support other platforms if needed)

note: Ecto is build on top of the Qt framework and should be able to be compiled and run under windows/linux/Mac though only project files are supplied for Visual Studio.

Building using Visual Studio for Windows (XP or newer)
-Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010 (If using VS2010 you will have to migrate project files)
-Qt 4.5 or newer
-Visual Studio Qt addin

Open .\Ecto\Projects\Ecto\Ecto.sln in Visual Studio and build release configuration.
