Need to create correct plugin.xml. Maven assembly:assembly will do dependencies and transitive dependencies. Not sure how to automatically construct the plugin.xml file. maven-dependency-plugin/copy-dependencies-mojo looks good. certainly how the values are stored in the tag is closely related to how the plugin works and can be changed, i think we only cared about 2 values (the ramp mass and open times) TODO: install_mvn_dependencies.sh - should be part of mvn insatll.
