all-initial-conditions should not rely on an instantiated model to work.  We should not have to call all-initial-conditions twice.

Put all end of attachment points to a fixed grid.  This requires changing each component and the code that positions every element when moving.

Have end points on lines be attachment points even free floating ones.

wires something get fouled up with geometrically connected wires, not software connected.  Bug needs
to be tracked down.

fix-connections scans for bad connections, but note that when multiple wires join at a point, it
not all connections are constructed.
