The file license.txt is the licensing text that we are contractually
obligated to include in software developed for META. Use where needed.

metajavatemplate.xml can be imported into Eclipse at
Window/Preferences, Java/Code Style/Code Templates/Code/New java
files. Once you're done this, any new Java files you create will
automatically get the correct text.

There's an Eclipse plugin, Copyright Wizard
(http://www.wdev91.com/?p=cpw) that can be helpful in applying a
license to files in bulk.
